My work explores the relationship between transformation and control through constructed spatial systems.

Drawing on the logic of metamorphosis and contemporary frameworks of structure, I create paintings in which the figure encounters geometric environments that both guide and constrain change.

The spiral operates as a recurring structure – functioning as a threshold between states, where internal transformation becomes organized, redirected, or contrained.

These works form part of the ongoing series Spiral Thresholds.
